Shipping information

If your order totals $75 or more, you qualify for free ground shipping.

Orders placed on weekdays before 3pm (EST) typically ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or a holiday will ship the next business day.

Orders shipping to PO boxes will be delivered USPS Priority Mail.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes after your order is placed. Once shipped you will receive another email with tracking information.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For fast service, be sure include your billing address and telephone number with your order. Your credit card will be authorized when your order is placed.  We also accept PayPal

I need to cancel my order?

In the event you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP.  There are no cancellation fees if order has not shipped.  If your order shipped prior to cancellation, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

I need to change something on my order

Our team can attempt to update the shipping address but can't modify the items on the original order. If you need to change or alter your order, contact us as soon as possible - we might be able to cancel your order and place a new one.

When will my order arrive?

When the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information from either UPS or USPS in an email shortly after your package ships.

The item isn't what I wanted, can I return it?

Absolutely. Returned orders are eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase.  Returns received after 30 days from purchase are eligible for store credit.

The item must be UNWORN and in "NEW' CONDITION, with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND HANG TAGS.  Any violation of this policy may result in a 25% restocking charge or the item being shipped back to the customer due to not being eligible for a refund.
